Here’s an interesting look at an athletic photoshoot which was shot in Miami for LifeTime Fitness. The clip doesn’t offer much in the way of instruction, but is still interesting to see the crew at work. Photographer Matt Hawthorne does a great job directing the athletes and a very large production crew.
