Foggy Window Effect In Photoshop

Learn how to make your images seem like they are being viewed through a foggy window or a window full of condensation. I have done a tutorial like this in the past, and although that one is good this one is faster and uses some different techniques. Try making it look like you have written something on the window simply by erasing that top layer to expose your original background layer, but remember to use a layer mask!
