3ds max exporting

Hy!
I am usig 3ds max 7. How can I export my work (made in 3ds max 7) to *.lwo, *.c4d and *.ma format? Is there any free plug-in for that export.

If you've got $150, Deep Exploration, by Right Hemisphere will do it...

I'm not sure about any free plugins that will do what you want though.
