Adding video to max

I need desperate help in adding a short video of an exterior building, I'm an interior designer but I am doing a freelance that is requiring me to do the exterior of a home and now they've asked of me to do a video of it, it is all in max... I've been trying to figure it out but when I try to render it the materials don't look the same, so is there perhaps a way in which I can save the video w/ out rendering... PLEASE SOMEONE HELP!!

Thank You,
Susan

What do you mean the materials don't look the same? once you render or save out an AVI then the material will always look the same unless you change it from one material to another...

you could export the 3ds max from one program to another and then render it, or get someone you know to render it as an AVI or you can export the file an an DWG, OBJ etc but the software need to able to accept these extension
