Angry Animating a creature

I've created an animal of my own. I've managed to creat the bones for the animal, and placed control shapes for the feet and legs. But, as it's a 4 legged animal, I'm not sure about how to place a shape for the spline, tail and head.

help me??

Orion

Ok moving on. I'm totally stuck. going by the tutorials from max, I simply cant figure out how to get my animal moving. It's more complex than I thought. The movement of the head, the way in which the spine is affected, and the tail. How do I get my animal walking "like a dinosaur" if you like? If someone is willing to help me, I can send you my max file to show you what I want to do. Ive probably messed up the joints already. Hey! I'm learning! lol.
PLEASE HELP ME!!!!
