Problems with 3DS MAX 2013 Tooldbars Opening when Max starts up.
Hello all!
I am having a bit of a problem with 3ds max 2013. When i open the program many toolbars popup in the middle of the screen such as (axis constraints, layers, animation layers and so forth.) I have Tried to delete the 3ds MAX file in APDATA folder and from MY documents folder and starting the program again. still no good. any help.
