Financial statements for Lenders

Hi all,

I am trying to find to tutorials on how lending companies organize their own financial statements.

As you can appreciate a Google search of "financial statements lenders" returns lots of hits on the use of financial statements in determining loan eligibility.

What I would like some help with is pointers to how these companies (lenders) organize their own financial statements.

Any help is appreciated...

From a loan company's viewpoint, loan qualifications is reckoning on Associate in Nursing equation. the foremost common principle is that your dealing per month mustn't surpass twenty eighth of your earnings. This computation contains quite simply the bottom worth of the house. Consider, for instance, a $50,000 earnings. targeted on twenty eighth of that quantity, the dealing would be $14,000 p.a. or $1,166.66 per month. That $1,166.66 must cowl all four potential components of a mortgage: major, interest, taxation and insurance, typically termed as PITI.
