Free Accounting software is usefull but not secure

If you are using the any type of accounting software than it involves a lot of risk. Although you fell satisfaction in the beginning but if issue comes you are unable to resolve it.
No future support is there.

So for a small business i suggest you to hire a cost effective online business accounting service. It will really boost your business in a very lees time.

Well as far as I know free software's are not reliable. Why dont you try out some reliable and well known accounting software's ... they are not that expensive. If you own a small business than you can also afford an accounting software.

free accounting software

I agree with methewcdz.

but...
If you looking for free accounting software, be sure that they offer some kind of support also. Even if it is payable, you can avoid a lot of problems.

Buyer beware...you get what you pay for. This is a critical area of any business, regardless of industry, and demands the right tools. If you need to cut costs, cut them somewhere else. Just my opinion though.

Re:Is Free Accounting Software Trustable?

There are so many free accounting software available on the internet. Some of them are really good for accounting work and some can lead risk in your business. But which one is trust-able or which one not, it totally depends on the functionality of software, if software is satisfying your need with free of cost then you can trust on that. I have been doing freelance accounting for various small and medium size entrepreneurs. Some of them would prefer free accounting softwares specially when the budget is tight. I have always suggesting Quickbooks free version. It's mainly for ease of use and it would be easier if along the way they would decide to upgrade.

I agree. There are lots of bookkeeping software today. To know if it is trustable you can ask some of your friends who are using it. We all know that using software involves a lot of risk that is why we must be careful.

Don't trust such websites at first glance. Look for the features they are offering, their testimonial, and even reviews on Google before going to make final decision.
