Small Business Owner Looking for Invoice Software

I'd like to find an affordable software that will allow me to create invoices, recurring invoices, mark invoice paid, and keep track of the yearly income as the invoices are marked paid.

Any guidance and advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Jack

Hi Jack! I've tried a few different options from Kofax and Verian but I've settled on WebDocs AP from RJS Software. We've dramatically reduced the amount of paper we use in our office, and my job has become much easier. The software is well-designed with a nice interface, and RJS has really great customer support. Highly recommend.

(I'm not allowed to include a link since I'm a newer use, but Google "RJS Software WebDocsAP" and you'll find the product, page, which has a video so you can see how the software works.

The best thing is that you need to develop software by an expert according to your desire and include all the needed elements in it.
I thing it is better then your choose some software from anyone and face any difficulties.

If you are already using an accounting system like Quickbooks and donít need sophisticated features like time tracking, then it normally makes sense to use Quickbooks or other full blown accounting systems for your invoicing as well.
