Message Broker issue

I am running Blaze DS on Websphere 7.0.
MessageBroker.getMessageBroker(null) returns null. I have checked all the configurations related to blaze ds & all libraries are present.

Has anyone faced a similar problem? Appreciate a quick reply on this thread
