ASP.NET SSL Parser error for https page

I am currently working on asp.net 1.1 using Visual studio. I am some issues working on https site. I am currently working on a website with shopping cart facility for which the page needs to go to secure link. The IT administrator has given SSL to the checkout folder in IIS. The issue is it gives parser error for code-behind file

It is not recognising the code behind vb file or usercontrols or assembly files over the secure link

Please help
