Deployment directory
I am just starting out with asp.net & have several questions. I have a webapp that I would like to put in a root directory, ie. d:\webapp. I am being told that this is the wrong way to do it, that it will not work there, and the "right way" is to put it in c:\inetpub\wwwroot. Why? I have deployed it to several sites already & it is working.
