I am a learner and I want know that
What are the benefits of converting file from PDF to DWG?

DWG file has no jaggedness, no loss in detail and can be printed at any resolution or any size. DWG file can be scaled up or down without any loss in quality. Moreover,DWG file can be used for manuals, brochures, newspapers and a host of other areas.
There's many software can help you to convert PDF to DWG,such as anydwg,autodwg……

Bring the PDF into AutoCAD as an underlay using the PDFATTACH command. Scale it using the Reference option. Trace over it.

The benefits of converting pdf to DWG is that you can choose image format flexibaly aoocrding to different need.
