Ok Im Back & With Another Question! (Reflection Ray)

Ok well some of you should know me of being the big noob and asking questions about a year ago every five seconds well I have a request type question... Could someone give me link or tell me how to make like a bottom that would reflect the image above it but not to strong like a water type reflection, if anyone knows what im talking about its mostly like in video game gallery post on their weapons they make or models and it shows it from top and bottom so that when it reflects there no dark spots so it black outs like things around the object that is shadowed... help please..

choos standard material expend the map rollout go to reflection tab click on none button then choose raytrace from the materials list bring down the reflection value something to 20 or 30 then assign the material on the floor you have created, now put any object you want to keep, hit F9 from your keyboard see the reflection on the floor.

good luck!
