Wireframing

I have been looking for jobs using 3ds max and some i have found ask for things such as "Wireframes showing how you have constructed a model can be helpful to show us your modelling skills." How do i render the wireframe ?

I think its in your render settings.

it is in render options, "Default Scanline Render" click the Force Wireframe and there you go.

do as solmur says but do two renders from the same shot ..

one forced wire frame.png

one full render.jpg

pop them into pshop and onerlay the weireframe ontop of your full render..


tip ----
you can make some intheresting pictures if you play around with the erazor tool on the wire frame layer
