Help with a practice program for review

I need to write a program that generates 7000 random numbers then organized them in a bubblesort and a un optimized sort, ?I am trying to also tyring to make a timer setup to test which sort is faster and display the time it took on each sort. \any Ideas I am lost on this one? Amy ideas would help a lot even if i have the basic code to get started.

If I need to i can put up what i have started but it is not muchat all.
