What is c and cpp?

C forum covering the popular C and C++ languages. C was developed in the 1970s originally created for the Unix operating system. C++ was developed from C in the 1990s by adding capabilities for object-oriented programming.

C is procedurally-oriented whereas C++ is object-oriented.

I would like to add samples for C and C++:

C (Google 'programmingsimplified/c-hello-world-program')

C++ (Google 'voip-sip-sdk/p_267')

C is one of the most widely used programming languages of all time, A standards-compliant and portably written C program can be compiled for a very wide variety of computer platforms and operating systems with few changes to its source code. C++ is an intermediate-level language, as it comprises both high and low-level language features. it is statically typed, free-form, multi-paradigm and compiled.
