I need Help - How to make a Galaxy? - I need help!

Hi, I am trying to do a Galaxy with Particles. However, I am not so experience when it comes to particles. Please, I need some help urgent!!

Well.. The problem is that I need to create a camera that goes through the clouds of the galaxy. Meaning, clouds have to be polycluster. How can I make the TP-polycluster have the shape of a spline... I tried a few options but so far I have not been successful!!

I found a small tutorial, which I cannot post here, but the tutorial shows how to create smoke following the shape of a spline.. Exactly the effect I need...

The problem with this is that I don't have the object library they mentioned to select "TP-Spline_Emitter". My library it is empty. So in that case, How can I create my own TP-Spine_Emitter or how can I attach the particles to the spline to create the same effect?

Any help or suggestion will be very well appreciated!!

Thank you
-JV
