Complex forms with landscape format and horizontal fields?

Hi,

I have many tables in a relational database for which I would like to design some forms.

The first form I have in mind has (18) fields and I was wondering If I can use css to design the form such that it is in landscape, and that the fileds are arranged horizontally across the page in groups.

make the form as easy as possible. sometimes people don't prefer filling in complicated forms.

You can use float for this.
