How do create SP using pass input parameter,get & set the multiple parameter& Update

Hi Guys,

I am facing during creating Store procedure(SP) for passing input parameter in DB2 .

This is query,

CREATE PROCEDURE USP_TEST(IN USERID CHAR(12))
RESULT SETS 1
LANGUAGE SQL
BEGIN

DECLARE getUSERNAME VARCHAR(30);--

DECLARE cursor1 CURSOR FOR s1;--
set getUSERNAME ='SELECT USERNAME FROM USERDETAILS WHERE USER_ID= USERID';--

PREPARE cursor1 from getUSERNAME;--
OPEN cursor1;--

END

Call USP_TEST('1001');

Then I want to get & set the multiple columns from table then same SP i want to update corresponding the data , so Please provide sample query for this.

Thanks & regards,
Dhaya
