Multiple Memo fields with different sizes

Hi guys.

I'm creating a program, with a Tabsheet and multiple memo fields on it, I can get the memo fields on the sheet but not the right size.

How can I do this?

Here is the code I use for the memo fields:

procedure TForm1.AddMemo(aParent: TTabSheet; Position : TPoint);
  with TMemo.Create(Self) do
      Parent := aParent;
      Left := Position.X;
      Top := Position.Y;

and this one

procedure TForm1.AddTabButtonClick(Sender: TObject);
  LTabSheet : TTabSheet;
  LTabSheet := TTabSheet.Create(PageControl1);
  LTabSheet.PageControl := PageControl1;
  LTabSheet.Caption := '* New Songlist';
  AddMemo(LTabSheet, Point(32,115));
  AddMemo(LTabSheet, Point(32,360));
  AddMemo(LTabSheet, Point(436,99));

I know it has something to do with AHeight and AWidth, but how do I put does in the code? I have been looking on the internet but haven't found a right solution. (maybe I haven't looked far enough).

Thanks already for any help.
