Need a little help

Hey guys,

I just installed Borland turbo delphi (free version) and its prereqs. But the problem is when i click "New Project" it comes up with this error:

"Access violation at address 20c3c547 in module coreide100.bpl read of address 00000000"

Then in the Details bit it comes up with:
