Dreamweaver links to web / email

Hello,
I have built an email signature in photoshop (logo, name, title with address blah blah, email address and along the bottom facebook & linked in icons)
I would like to make the email address and FB/Linked in icons into hyperlinks so when you hover over them, it will take you to FB or open your email account.
I have imported into dreamweaver but cannot work out how to select the icons etc to insert the hyperlink/email address?
Can anyone direct me to where I would find the hotkey to do this?
