Help with draw AP div

Hello friends, im kind of new to dreamweaver so pls pardon if i sound blunt. I have made my webpage html directly from photoshop then opened in dreamweaver. All i need is to place text material here. I am trying to draw AP div box & the put text in it. Problem is in design mode it looks fine, but in live mode it displaces a little bit. But real problem is when i preview it in browser it stuck at one place, no matter how i make the browser smaller or bigger it get stuck in one position. I know it is absolute position div. But is there any way to parenting it with the background so it floats with it. perhaps a new css rule need to be made but how & what would be the command for it.

I may be missing a few things to get it done. Pls help me out here.
