Newbie DW question, please help!
Hello, I'm making a webpage with Dreamweaver (MX 2004 version is the best I got). My problem is that no matter what I do when I preview my page I get the:
'To protect your security Internet Explorer has restricted this page from runniong scripts or ActiveX contols that could access your computer. Click here for options...' dialouge box. This happens even if I preview a blank page. I dont want people using IE to have to click through the warnings everytime they visit my page and I want to know what to do so they don't have to. Any help would be grately appreciated, thanks in advance! |

This will show up on any local intranet page (a page you're viewing from your hard-drive).. individual security settings on a viewers browser will determine if they see that message or not.

Thanks for the reply! I dont mind it when it pops up on my machine, I just wanted to make sure that when the site goes live that the pop ups didnt happen to every one who visits it.
I appreciate thequick response, thanks again! |
