Popup menu arrow.gif not showing

I am redesiging my site and have created a template. I originally created all my pages to a temporary folder so they wouldn't get mixed up with the current files. When I finished, I moved all my new pages to the permanent directory, but now my childMenuIcon="arrows.gif" shows a missing graphic icon when I preview in the browser. I did not move the templates or the original arrows.gif. I did, however, copy the graphic into the main directory and also into the images folder. I have tried to hand code the path to pull from a new location without success. Am I missing a step? Can anybody help me???

Try clearing your browsers cache, if that doesn't work, type in the full path of the image, such as; http://www.yoursite.com/images/arrows.gif

Hope this helps
