Unhappy Putting a website in a frame

Hi thank you for opening this up.

I have a question. I built a website with no frames, actually I never use frames at all. Now my client wants a button on the homepage to link to another site, but when it links to the other site he still wants it to say his website name in the address bar. The only way I know this is possible is with a frame. Somebody I spoke to said to put a 1px frame on top of the page? Does anybody know how to do this, or does anybody know any tutorials out there to do this, he owns both websites so its not like were putting in somebody else's page in there. Thank you so much for anybody who responds.
