Central National Bank of Enid selects Postilion's self-service banking options
US-based financial institution Central National Bank of Enid (CNB) has selected payment processor Postilion to deliver self- service banking options, such as Postilion Retail Internet Banking, Postilion Business Internet Banking and Postilion Voice Banking.
Postilion Retail Internet Banking service includes account balance inquiries, transfers, bill payments, ATM personalisation and user alerts. Postilion Business Internet Banking targets business customers and includes a set of account, transfer, payment, payroll, wires and self-service functionalities, protection against fraudulent activities and targeted reporting. Postilion Voice Banking includes online and offline transaction processing, call flow management and voice driver management.
As a Postilion customer, CNB Enid is already implementing Postilion's ATM Driving and Card Management solutions which have enabled the bank to provide retailers and financial institutions with FDIC (Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation) -insured prepaid card products, card issuing and card processing. CNB's prepaid card programs include remittance capabilities, email and SMS notification, prepaid contactless card programs for universities and payroll card programs.
CNB makes use of Postilion's single platform for Internet Banking and Voice Banking options, alongside the ATM and Card Management services. CNB will have a central banking portal for configuration, monitoring and reporting across all channels.
