Create a Rounded Rectangle in Fireworks CS3

A rounded rectangle can be created by using the Rounded Rectangle Shape Tool or Rectangle Shape Tool in Adobe Fireworks CS3. The corners can then be adjusted to change the amount of roundness of the rectangle corners.

Why videos works only with Internet Explorer?
