Fash in Netscape and IE

for the life of me i cant figure out why thi page mae in SWISH displays /only/ one load ino level (or sprite) so radically off when viewedin in Netscape as opposed to IE. Ive even /duplicated/ the code call frour about us and contact us for services and its still displays out of alignment
