mouse with flash

I made a mouse from a tutorial on here, it works and all but it was moving kind of slow. And also i was woundering how i would put it on my web page on all of my pages.

increase the frame rate to make it look smoother, but keep in mind PC's with slower processors will stll play it slow. To make an html file, use something like Dreamweaver, or just go file>publish, and make an html file from there. save the .swf and .html file in the same directory, and you should be fine.
