How to applicate the gold efect-Highlight from SOTA on logo?

Hi,

Please don´t you know how to applicate the gold efect-Highlight from SOTA on
logo. To put it on capitals is easy but on logo?(For more info follow links).
I got logo on this link:

and would like to applicate this efect:

on it.
I tried it with Blend-golden pattern but it is not so good as Highlight sample
in SOTA (create a logo).
