Picture animation presentation

hey i was just wondering if anybody can tell me , what is the best way to do picture animation. I saw on some website that a few pictures were chanhing one after another ( it looked like 200/200pix window) . The question is when i prepare the images for the animation ( couple of cabinets pictures) i want all of them be 200/200 pix - when i resize them to 200/200 they dont look good.
what is the tip for making all the pictures one size , so the animation look good.

what is better doing the picture animatiom Flash or image ready?
thanks

Do a search on Tutorialized for resizing images, there are a few good tutorials on it that talk about avoiding pixelation, etc.

As for what's a better program to animate in... Flash has many more capabilities including some nice special effects that would be very tedious to duplicate in Imageready.
