Problem saving .ico in vista
i have a problem when i save a 128by128 image with alpha as a .ico and then use it as an icon in vista it appears smaller with a border around it, i have had one that worked fine, dont know why though. something is definately wrong though. is this a bug or am i missing something? thanks in advance for any help.
