What happened to all the script-fu scripts?

What happened to all the script-fu scripts?

In new versions of Gimp there are no script-fu scripts. You used to be able to turn on gimp and make a nice web logo or theme in seconds just clicking a script, entering text into one of the script's fields and picking some attributes and wallah it was done.

Now you have to make it from scratch. What gives? Why did they remove this functionality?
