Caricature Tutorial needed desperately!!!

Help!!! I need a tutorial that will create a caricature effect. This website has an example of the effect I'm looking for. The heads are enlarged and distorted somewhat and the bodies are much smaller creating a comical look. Here is the website it's from eyewire which is now owned by getty.
