How to change stroke weight proportionally without changing the size of objects?

"I have a some line-works with different stroke weights. Is there a direct way to reduce or increase all stroke weights proportionally without changing the size of the objects?"

When you have the object selected there is a section at the option bar labeled "stroke" if you change that value the stroke weight will go up and down. The object won't change size but you may see some distortion with greater stroke weight.
