Need help making realistic materials
I got 3Ds max 7 and wonders how i can make a realistic glass and water material. If anybody knows i would like to know how to "paint" the glass.

The solution of your problem is in a hundreds of tutorials, you can find on net, many on this site, just googol "Tutorial glass material" or some thing similar, also the solution of your problem is not just in material, but in v-ray that you will use!, rendering is 40% of job if you want some thing to look realistic!

Ive found that tutorial many times before, but the only thing si: i dont got VRay. Is it something you buy? if it is, how much does it cost? |

v-ray is not the only answer have a look inside max at the architectural tutorials and materials .... have a look at this site an see the work here ...
