Need some more help with animating
Alright, what I'm trying to do this time is to create a scene where there are some leaves blowing in the wind. My problem is that i cant make the leaves move realisticly. The closest I have gotten was by using a Particle Array, with a drag, gravity, wind, and some deflector modifiers. However, I'm not quite satisfied with this as some of the leaves (particals, instanced geometry) partialy pass through the ground. The wind also doesnt seem to be realistic, as it just makes the leaves blow in a preety straight line. I also tryed to use some reactors, but I'm clueless on what to do with those.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, |

try some vortex or gravity well to pull them about or different number of different emmitters some hitting deflectors some with different winds some vortex some animated gravity effects....
simple soplution is to a mix and match of different types all at once to give that random effect and animate the emmitters play with the setting so you get different instance sizes and rotations ect and just animate the hero ones (hero = main focus objects) no quick fix sorry just more work = more effects have fun blue |
