Q: Rendering planets day- and nightside simultanously

I have looked also but found silch, the problem is that I use Max 8 SP 3 and rendering with VRay 1.5 but i dunno how to make the effect (the link i gave) in Max. plz help

I will edit a bit, the link i gave u didnt have the day side map on it, now what i need is Earth to illuminate the nightside as the dayside well faces the sun (if not for the nightside map the nightside would be pitchblack) but what i also need is that the nightside map not to show up on the day side, am i makin sense ere if not post or sumtin ,k?
