what is the best way of doing social media to e-commerce site?
i would love to hear your experience and tips in this field.

My advice is to use the search facility and find people that are asking questions related to your market/service/product.

Social media websites like F@cebook and the twitter are really on their way of delivering the very best for the public and i must say that the workings of F@cebook like socializing people across the globe is very appreciated among'st all...... We are all now so much used to these social media sites so that we can't even perform our workings in our daily lives.....

social media works amazingly well as part of the companies customer service. encourage users to use twitter etc to post their questions and even if feedback is negative, you can win people around by providing excellent and highly visible customer service.

its easy to do now as apps like tweetdeck let you save and filter by search (brand/product)

i wouldnt bother promoting individual products on social media but it can be great when promoting advanced previews of future items.

also dont forget on your order confirmation/reciept page add a 'tweet your purchase' button that automatically fuills in a tweet for them to post... youve gained their trust so you should get high engagement!
