i agree. of course a clean design to go with the professional images and a good menus are also essential.

I would have to bump images from the the top three position and replace that with overall design... which is basically the same thing as clear content...
And if I can lump those two together then I would have to add a customer resource management system which closely resembles a trouble ticket system to intercept all incoming contact leads... A lead is only good if it is followed and if everyone knows if it's been followed or not... I'm actually building that system for a few websites right now... In theory your publishing/proof workflow should be directly incorporated with your project management / task system and your approval system... Make sense? One big to do list...
