Modeling a Homer Simpson toy

I need to model a Homer simpson to and I cant seem to model him right. So far I have done his feet, legs, body arms and hands but he doesnt look like the toy. I am trying to model his head but I canniot figure out how to model it. I have tried but I cant get the head to like up with the side and front viewa and it isnt tourniong out the way it is supposed to.
