Linked to sql to alreasy linked table

I have a access table IN access database A which is linked to another access database B.I am migrating all database A to sql BUT those tables which are linked to another database gets migrated but no datas as they are connected to different ODBC.
So how do i connect it to those linked table and make it available in sql.

I don't think your problem is the different sources. SQL Server supports a wide variety of data sources. If Access has no problem SQL neither.
The problem might be the way your importing (you should import from sql and not export to sql. If you have sql 2k5 or above you can download the SSMA For MS Access
