FIND AND REPLACE TEXT ON A WEB SITE.
1.On the View menu, click Folders.( FOLDERS IS OUT OF FOCUS)
2.If you do not want to search every page in the Web site, select the pages you want to search.
•To select multiple, non-sequential pages, click the name of the first page you want to select, and then hold down CTRL while clicking the file names of the other pages you want.
THIS DOES NOT WORK. I HAVE TO LOAD ONE PAGE AT A TIME AND THEN DO THE SEARCH ON THE EDITOR
3.On the Edit menu, click Replace.
4.On the Replace tab, in the Find what box, type the text you want to search for.
To use regular expressions within your search, type them directly into the Find what box. To select regular expressions from a list, click the arrow next to the Find what box.
5.In the Replace with box, type the replacement text.
6.Under Advanced, do one or more of the following:
•To find text only if it matches the capitalization of the text you typed, select the Match case check box.
•To find text only if it matches a whole word, select the Find whole word only check box.
•To ignore the spaces and tabs between words and treat them each as a single white space, click Ignore whitespace differences.
This feature is unavailable if the Regular expressions check box is selected.
•To find text in the HTML code, select the Find in source code check box.
For example, you can search for text that is not visible or editable in the page, such as the page title you set in page properties.
This feature is unavailable if you are searching in the current page.
7.Click Find in Site.
8.When Microsoft FrontPage lists the pages that contain the text you searched for, double-click a page in the list.
The first instance of the text is highlighted.
9.Do one of the following:
•To replace each occurence manually, click Find Next, and then click Replace.
•To replace all occurrences of the text in the page at one time, click Replace All.
10.Click Back to list to return to the list of pages.
