MSSQL stopped job (what happens?)
Hello all,
I was wondering if a manually stopped (~killed) job in MSSQL invokes a rollback or not?
So imagine, the job is running a DTS; which is supposed to do some updates & selects.
The job is running too long so the admin decides to stop it. Now, what happens to already updated tables? Is rollback performed or not?
Thanks for the answer in advance!
