Is Navicat Oracle database admin tool a Oracle product?

This lightweight database tool for Oracle bears a slight resemblance to SQL Developer.

[oracle.navicat.com]

It's free of charge too so I suppose this is not a commercial software.

Has anyone tried this?

I've been using Navicat MySQL and PGSQL and those products saves me lots of the time. It's worth to try their Oracle version.. waiting for their full version releases...

Navicat spamming

These Navicat guys are spamming a big way. One creates a scenario & other offers a solution from Navicat.

These spamming duos (kevincheung & samnav) from navicat can be found blowing their trumpet in every other database forums/blogs. Don't believe me, try googling "kevincheung navicat" or "samnav navicat", to find out yourself. These duos have only one entry in the forum & needless to say, it boasts Navicat as panacea. I wonder these guys didn't even bother to change their handles to spam in different forums.

I have personally used navicat & uninstalled before I could pull my hair off.
