Background
I have a photograph. I want to place it as the background for my web page. It needs to be sized and made transparent (i think). I'm not sure what it needs but it will be covered with links, text, pictures and whatever else is on my web page ...
So it needs to be visible but not overwhelming. thanks, tbrownarcher (nate)
