Daft question about text toolbar!

Hi there, I'm having a bit of an embarrasing problem which I can only put down to age or the hefty weekend of partying that destroyed a few brain cells!

I've been using paint shop pro programs for years but today I opened up my trusty PSP 9 and went to design a poster for my bands gig and.........for the life of me I just cannot think on how to get the text toolbar to appear. (Not the one where you enter text, that comes up, but the smaller one where you can change font, size etc.)

Honestly I've used this program a million times and come accross this a million times as well but I've racked my brains high and low and I can't think how to get it to appear so can anyone do this old dog a favor and throw me a bone because I must be losing my mind.

For some reason I thought you went to VIEW and just selected the text toolbar to appear but it seems you can't and the help file just automatically assumes it pops up but it isn't there.

Sorry for asking such a dumb question, I'm a little shocked myself that I can completely forget something so simple after years of using this program but I am stuck and having a bit of a nervous laugh at myself!

Thanks, feel free to laugh as well!
