How to create a friction or skidding effect?

I need to see how to create a skidding effect with text. For example, using the word FRICTION make it look like it's skidding across a surface.

Is there any way to do this?

Can someone make a tutorial on it? I'm very new to photoshop and am still learning all these cool tricks. I even bought a digital pad to use in Photoshop. It's kinda worthless right now since I suck so much using it, but I'm getting better.
